We agreed a costing and they started a few days later, well I went to work on the first day leaving them with the keys when I came home the house was spotless, the old water tanks upstairs were gone and there was a new boiler on the wall in kitchen, not working but still good going for one days work. | “I rang Safe Boilers for a quotation to change my boiler over as mine had packed up. Colin came to the house and first looked at the old boiler and asked what the problem was, I told him British Gas had told me that the boiler was over seven years old and could no longer get the replacement parts. Colin said No he carried out a diagnostic check and found that the heat exchanger was at fault, he then quoted for the repair of this condemned boiler which I was very happy about! Off he went, about an hour later he came back with the part, carried out the repair and behold the boiler was working! Colin saved me around £1000. What a top guy! Ring him, he is great! (by the way I did not renew my B/gas contract).” |

I phoned Safe Boilers for a boiler replacement, Colin quoted the change over which was to remove my boiler and replace with a condensing A grade boiler including removing all the rubbish this was quoted at £1,655 and that is exactly what I paid. I had other quotes the cheapest was £1,895, that's what i call a saving! They also registered the boiler at no extra cost to me. Colin said it was all part of the service including 5yr's guarantee! I will definitely pass their number on.” |
